Chef Sarah heads down to New Orleans as a guest of one of her “Top Chef” mentors, Chef Emeril Lagasse, at his annual Carnivale du Vin Gala to support the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Chef Sarah along with two other esteemed out-of- town chefs will cook at the Bacchus reception leading up to the main gala.
