Chefs Sarah Grueneberg and Giancarlo Perbellini, of the 2-Michelin starred Casa Perbellini in Verona, Italy, are teaming up for Identita Golose’s return to Chicago. The Chefs will each take their turn teaching a recipe inspired by the this year’s theme of “Don’t Waste the Planet,” a global look at the fight against food waste.
