Chicago Gourmet Cooking Demo
Chef Sarah is teaming up with Chef Stephanie Izard for a “Flour Power” cooking demo showcasing the various uses of flour in global cuisine. The duo will be on stage from 2:30-3 p.m. (*time subject to change).

Join Chef Sarah to kick off Fulton Market Harvest Fest with a one-night only, family-style dinner where she will cook alongside special guests, her fellow “Iron Chef Gauntlet” competitors Chefs Jason Dady and Shota Nakajima. While reminiscing about almost being an “Iron Chef," the trio will create a four-course menu filled with a bounty of fall’s best ingredients paired with wine. The evening will commence with a cocktail reception, including bubbles from Moet & Chandon. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Chicago Food Depository.

Third Annual Cooking for a Cure
Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and The Young Scientist Foundation are pleased to present Cooking for a Cure, an exclusive and interactive chef-to-table food and wine experience featuring gourmet dishes and wine pairings from nationally and internationally renowned chefs. Proceeds will directly support the young scientists of tomorrow, by placing underserved Cleveland-area high school students in Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine laboratories where they will have the opportunity to work alongside world-class researchers.

Fifth Annual Feed Your Mind Gala to benefit Pilot Light
Chef Sarah joins 23 Chicago chefs for Pilot Light’s gala evening on November 3rd. Pilot Light’s mission is to have children make healthier choices by connecting the lessons they learn in their classrooms to the foods they eat on their lunch trays, at home and in their communities.

Kendall College Trust’s third annual Fried Chicken & Champagne Fest will be held in Kendall College Skyline Room on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 11:30 am-3:00 pm. All event proceeds benefit Kendall College Trust, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that raises scholarship funds for students in need attending Kendall College and supports the Kendall College Trust Culinary Camp for high school students from underserved communities. Come try Chef Sarah’s fried chicken for a good cause!

New Year’s Eve Celebration on the Mountain
Welcome 2018 at Monteverde! The evening will include prix fixe menus with optional wine pairings featuring Chef Sarah’s favorite dishes to ring in the New Year.

Fulton Market Harvest Festival
The Fulton Market Harvest Festival returns to Fulton Market and Chef Sarah will be participating in a few events. On Thursday, September 13th she’ll be at Duck Duck Goat for a Reasonably Authentic Chinese Dinner and on Saturday, September 15th she’ll be leading a cooking demo, among a few other appearances over the weekend.
