Chefs Sarah Grueneberg and Giancarlo Perbellini, of the 2-Michelin starred Casa Perbellini in Verona, Italy, are teaming up for Identita Golose's return to Chicago. The Chefs will each take their turn teaching a recipe inspired by the this year’s theme of "Don’t Waste the Planet,” a global look at the fight against food waste.

Carnivale du Vin
Chef Sarah heads down to New Orleans as a guest of one of her “Top Chef” mentors, Chef Emeril Lagasse, at his annual Carnivale du Vin Gala to support the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. Chef Sarah along with two other esteemed out-of- town chefs will cook at the Bacchus reception leading up to the main gala.

Welcome 2017 with the team at Monteverde. From 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. our regular menu will be available, accented by some celebratory items.
